REP Forum (Real Estate Professionals Forum) has been actively working to strengthen networking, experience sharing, and coordinated activities among professionals in the country’s real estate sector. To make the organization’s activities more structured and dynamic, an initiative has been taken to form a full Executive Committee (EC), according to sources related to the forum.
Sources said that the formal journey of REP Forum began through a “Coffee Hour” event held on February 2, 2026. However, the foundation of the organization was established earlier, on October 1, 2023, through the creation of a WhatsApp group. Since then, efforts have been ongoing to connect professionals from different levels of the real estate sector under an effective networking platform.
The organizers stated that the real estate sector is currently making a significant contribution to the country’s economy. REP Forum was established with the vision of creating a positive platform for professional development, information exchange, and stronger relationships among industry professionals.
The important roles of founder members Tabassum Imam and Ashik Elahi Majumdar during the initial stages of the forum were especially highlighted. Forum insiders mentioned that through their joint efforts and the cooperation of other members, the organization’s activities have expanded gradually within a short period of time.
To manage and strengthen the forum’s activities more effectively, a proposal has been made to form a full Executive Committee by including several additional members alongside the founding members.
