Tabassum Imam has officially assumed office as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Director of Nex Real Estate Limited, one of the emerging real estate companies in Bangladesh, effective July 20, 2026.
With more than 14 years of professional experience, she has held key senior management positions at several renowned and leading real estate companies in Bangladesh. She has extensive experience and a proven track record of successful leadership in strategic planning, business development, corporate management, sales, marketing, and customer service within the real estate sector.
Alongside earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration, she completed the CIBS Diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). She has also established herself as a capable corporate leader through participation in various professional training programs, workshops, seminars, and leadership development initiatives organized by both local and international institutions.
After assuming her new responsibilities, Tabassum Imam said:

In addition to serving as the CEO of Nex Real Estate Limited, Tabassum Imam is also serving as the Vice President of the Bangladesh Real Estate Professionals Forum. Through this platform, she is actively working to address current and future challenges in the country’s real estate sector, contribute to policy development, build a skilled workforce, and help establish a sustainable and modern real estate industry.
She is also a founding member of the Entrepreneurs Club of Bangladesh, where she plays an important role in promoting women entrepreneurship and the development of women leaders.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions to social leadership, women’s empowerment, corporate leadership, and the real estate sector, she has received multiple awards and professional recognitions from several reputed organizations at home and abroad.
