These responsibilities are handled by a professional management team in exchange for a monthly service fee.

This system not only reduces personal hassle but also ensures consistent quality of services. In addition, shared facilities help create a sense of community, which is increasingly missing in modern urban life.

Urban planners believe that integrated housing solutions like condominiums will play a major role in shaping Dhaka’s future. However, they also warn that without preserving green spaces and open areas, the city’s long-term livability could be at risk.
